Long Term Disability (LTD) Administration
Cowan’s LTD program is truly a partnership with our clients. Our role is unique as a third party – we expedite the LTD process, ensure communication flows well between stakeholders, and ensure accountability of the insurer. We serve both the employee and employer, and tailor our services to your needs.
Our services may include:
- Helping employees with applications for LTD benefits and the appeals process
- Early submission of files to the insurer and verifying insurer calculations
- Auditing employer and/or insurer activities to improve processes and file management
As a Cowan client, you can count on:
