Lisa Plater is a Retirement Income Specialist and Financial Planner with Cowan Financial Solutions. She has been working in the insurance and financial industry since 1997, and with Cowan since 2002.

Lisa has her Mutual Fund License, her Life Insurance License, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification and the Chartered Life Underwriter of Canada designation (CLU).

Since 2003, she has volunteered with the Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis. She is also currently serving her third term on the Executive Committee as treasurer.
